Meet
Chef Helene

Chef Helene Clarkin-Chaisson is a Culinary Institute of America-trained chef with a passion for innovation and a track record of success in the food industry. With years of experience developing and launching products for top brands like Kroger, Trader Joe’s, and Magic Seasoning Blends, she has mastered the art of transforming ideas into market-ready culinary creations.

Helene’s expertise spans every stage of product development, from researching food trends and sourcing quality ingredients to perfecting Gold Standard recipes that set brands apart. She has played a key role in the success of numerous retail and foodservice products, including the launch of antibiotic-free deli meats and gluten-free flour alternatives that cater to evolving consumer preferences.

Beyond human food innovation, Helene’s passion for quality and wellness led her to create Healthy Harley, an all-natural, holistic pet food line inspired by her own dogs’ health transformations. Whether she’s crafting new recipes, leading hands-on culinary training, or consulting on the latest food trends, Helene is dedicated to bringing creativity, expertise, and a deep love of food to every project she takes on.
